Wrap Velcro Strap around wrist - Attach loop to carabiner.
Use carabiner to connect the ProPull™ Disc to the end of the Yellow Band (5lb), or the Green Band (8lb) or both bands at the same time. Connect the Door Anchor or Tree Strap to the carabiner at the other end of Resistance Band.
Set height of Resistance Band just above your elbow when using the Door Anchor or the Tree Strap.
